Matriarch of the IHS family!! We would be a mess without her organization and thoroughness! After 26 years in the teaching profession she is fantastic with the young beginners and loves to teach them! She is the backbone of this IHS family!

Ms. Sudie

Owner and beginner/intermediate Western instructor who has been teaching since 1998 when her family moved here from South Florida. She started teaching at-risk teens and the ball has been rolling ever since. Competed with her Quarter horses in AQHA shows, bred and raised Quarter horses for years, Sudie has prided herself on calm and quiet horses for young adults.

He loves his treats and makes sure everyone knows where his cookie jar is!

Ms. Madison

Barn Manager, Trail Guide & "Littles" Instructor

The heart of our barn, Madison has been with us since early 2022. In addition to ensuring fantastic care of our equine staff, she excels at patiently working with our "little" beginning riders. She's also an enthusiastic trail guide, and is always there when we need her; a very important part of our IHS family!

Ms. Donna

Personal Assistant

Ms. Donna is the personal assistant to Ms. Sudie, the IHS event organizer, bookkeeper, and chief bottle washer. She always has a smile for you and the kids love her! So if you are looking to organize an event, she is your lady.

Ms. Allison

In addition to working in riding schools, training barns and stud farms Allison has a vast array of riding experience over 20 years including: dressage, hunter/jumpers, doma vaquera, haute école, side saddle, vaulting, carriage driving and mounted archery. She began her teaching career in 2017 and is an active competitor in show jumping and the hunter ring. We're proud to have her on the IHS team!

Ms. Jo
