Horse Boarding

Iron Horse Stables provides Full and Paddock board at our Cantonment stable. Board includes twice daily feeding, hay in the stalls and paddocks. Turn - out daily either on pasture or in the paddocks. IHS has a lighted arena, round pen, tack lockers(if available), restroom, bridle path around the property and is under 24 hour staff supervision.

Horse Lease
​
Iron Horse Stables offers limited horses for lease. Lease includes 4 group lessons per month which do not carry over to the next month and if a lesson is cancelled it must be rescheduled by lease rider, unlimited riding with 24 hour notice so we can make sure your horse is rested for his ride! Priority given to lease riders for Horse Shows, Barn Trail rides, clinics and all other IHS events.

Veterinarian fees are included, unless veterinary care is needed due to a direct result of the lease rider's actions then the lease rider is responsible for all cost incurred by veterinarian and IHS to return leased horse to original condition.

Leaser is responsible for Farrier ($45 every 6 weeks) and vaccinations and wormer twice a year ($75-$90 twice a year).
Lease cost: $400 per month, $500 (for English riders taking lessons from Ms. Jo)
